Meet my work

My Catalyst

Before I became a counsellor, I spent years as a civil engineer and project manager in construction. I wanted to climb the ladder, and I did, at the cost of my health. Rest stopped working and pushing through got me nowhere. I burned out once, then twice, and eventually it became depression.

For a long time I tried to think my way out. What changed things was learning to listen to my body, and accepting that recovery meant leaving the career I had built. My body was never failing me. It was asking for help. I finally chose to stop being my own enemy.

My Philosophy

In a culture obsessed with endless output, we are conditioned to treat our bodies like machines—demanding performance, ignoring the warning lights, and overriding our biological boundaries until we burn out.

However, the wisdom of a circular economy already lives inside you: your system naturally knows how to compost stress, reuse quiet moments for deep nourishment, and find organic balance. All your answers live within your body, waiting for you to reconnect to its language.

I believe sustainability is not only an environmental principle—it is a human one. We are cyclical beings living in a culture of linear productivity. You cannot expect a constant harvest without ever nourishing the soil.

My Approach

As a Holistic Counsellor (certified by the ASHC), my work is deeply client-focused and collaborative. I integrate holistic counselling, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness to dismantle the cultural conditioning we internalize. By leaning into the restorative intelligence of nature, I help you move out of survival mode and build a life anchored in emotional regulation, authentic awareness, and sustainable structural shifts.
