Frequently Asked Questions

The Sustainable Being Path is built entirely around your current capacity. Our work together is about unlearning the mechanical urgency that caused your burnout in the first place, allowing you to slow down and rebuild your life at the actual speed of your body. We do not operate on linear deadlines, rigid homework, to-do lists, or forced lifestyle overhauls.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

Individual Holistic Counselling sessions are beautiful for acute, fluid, week-by-week support as life transitions arise. The 3-Month Mentorship, however, is a deeply structured, committed partnership. You are a perfect fit for the mentorship if you are specifically facing chronic, long-term burnout from corporate, creative, or caregiving demands, and you are ready to systematically audit your boundaries, track your biological nervous system patterns, and design a lifestyle of sustainable preservation.

Holistic and somatic counselling bridges the mind and body, complimenting the cognitive work of talking therapy. We hold space for the intellectual story, but we prioritise the "felt sense" in the body, teaching you how to safely notice and settle stress responses (fight, flight, freeze) so true, long-term equilibrium can occur.

I am a qualified Holistic Counsellor with a focus on somatic awareness and nervous system regulation. I am not a clinical psychotherapist, psychologist, or medical doctor. My services—including 1:1 sessions and The Sustainable Being Path—are designed to support capacity building and stress recovery. They are not a substitute for clinical or medical treatment. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental illness. If during our work together it becomes clear that your needs require clinical support, I will refer you to the appropriate medical or psychological professionals.
Crisis Support: My practice does not provide emergency or crisis management services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact Lifeline at 13 11 14 or dial 000 immediately.
